1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "tbajje", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the tbajje platform accessible at tbajje.bio.
• "Platform" means the tbajje website, mobile site, all associated games, sportsbook, and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any registered user of the tbajje platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means real-money funds held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded bet placed on the Platform.
• "Verification" means the identity and age verification process required by tbajje before withdrawal requests are processed.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the tbajje platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from tbajje or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, or affiliate of tbajje, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify tbajje immediately of any changes to your registered details.

tbajje reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility criteria are not met or where the accuracy of registration information is in doubt. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbajje account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify tbajje support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

tbajje will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified tbajje of a security breach.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

tbajje supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction request.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time. In cases of technical delay, please allow up to 30 minutes and contact support if the issue persists.
• Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal request is approved.

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your tbajje account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• tbajje reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving large withdrawal requests as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

tbajje offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds (where relevant), eligible games, and validity period will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• tbajje reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bona fide wagers already placed under the promotion will be honoured.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• tbajje reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Player for any promotional offer at its sole discretion.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the tbajje platform, covering casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, slots, crash games, and all other available products:

• All casino games on tbajje use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. tbajje does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bets affected by the malfunction may be voided at tbajje's discretion and stakes returned to the Player's balance.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• tbajje reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply across all games and are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market. tbajje reserves the right to enforce these limits and to void any wager that exceeds them.
• Participation in live dealer games requires a stable internet connection. tbajje is not responsible for disconnection issues caused by your device or internet service provider.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbajje platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Registering more than one account or using accounts registered in another person's name.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform outside of normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or the platform itself.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform to disguise the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any game or platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tbajje staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Identity Verification (KYC)

tbajje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform. As part of this process:

• You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a national identity card or passport) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• You may be required to provide proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days) at tbajje's request.
• For large transactions, tbajje may request proof of the source of funds used to make deposits.
• Your account may be temporarily suspended during the verification process. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed once verification is successfully completed.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held, subject to tbajje's anti-money laundering obligations.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

10 Account Closure and Termination

Either party may close or terminate a tbajje account. The following conditions apply:

• You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting tbajje support. Any real-money balance remaining after deduction of pending wagering requirements will be returned to your verified payment method.
• tbajje may suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Upon termination for breach, tbajje reserves the right to withhold any balance held in your account pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is identified, tbajje may report the matter to appropriate authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login and no transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees may apply as detailed in tbajje's dormant account policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the tbajje platform — including but not limited to the tbajje brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of tbajje or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any tbajje content without prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbajje shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any service offered on it.
• Any technical malfunction, system failure, server downtime, or data corruption affecting gameplay or transaction processing.
• Any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any third-party content, products, or services linked to or integrated within the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tbajje's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

tbajje collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tbajje implements SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data.

14 Complaints and Disputes

tbajje is committed to resolving all player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the tbajje service, please follow this process:

• Submit your complaint in writing to tbajje support at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of your complaint and the outcome you are seeking.
• tbajje will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days of receipt.
• Where a complaint relates to a specific game outcome, tbajje will review the relevant game logs. The results of certified RNG games are final and are not subject to reversal except in cases of demonstrated technical malfunction.
• In the event that a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication with tbajje, you may seek resolution through an independent dispute resolution body. tbajje will cooperate fully with any such process.

15 Governing Law and Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the tbajje platform operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tbajje's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tbajje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
